Topic 1. Living a healthy lifestyle offers numerous advantages that significantly improve overall well-being. Firstly, regular exercise and a balanced diet boost energy levels and enhance physical fitness. This reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Additionally, a healthy lifestyle often leads to improved mental health, reducing stress and a anxiety while promoting better sleep patterns. By adopting these habits, individuals can enjoy a longer, more fulfilling life with increased vitality and a stronger immune system.
Topic 2. During the New Year, my family follows several cherished traditions. On New Year's Eve, we gather for a special reunion dinner, often featuring traditional dishes like Banh Chung. We then watch the firework display together. On New Year's Day, we visit our grandparents' house to wish them health and good fortune. Children receive lucky money in red envelopes. These customs strengthen our family bonds and are a meaningful way to celebrate our cultural heritage and the start of a new year.
Topic 3. To help my family, I take on various responsibilities around the house. Daily tasks include making my bed, tidying my room, and helping with the dishes after meals.
