This job requires a numberous of responsibilities such as performing well operations on patients and making essential decisions to ensure the patients' health and safety. Moreover, they may welcome and serve customers looking after themselves, telling them what to do to have a self-check. To be qualified for this career, individuals must pass a number of academic knowledge tests and have significant physical and mental strength, due to having to work for a long and stressful time. Both female and male oculd be surgeons because all of them are able to access to mental knowledge equally and can make great performances. When having both of these genders will support each other and do teamwork better, which also shows the encouragement of gender equality.
