Problem-solving Report: Problem 2 – Wasting Electricity and Water in Restrooms
In our school, many students often forget to turn off the lights and taps after using the restroom. This leads to a waste of electricity and water, which not only increases the school’s expenses but also harms the environment.
To solve this problem, we first need to raise awareness among students about the importance of saving resources. The school can organize short talks or poster campaigns to remind everyone to switch off the lights and close the taps after use. Second, teachers and class monitors can check the restrooms regularly to ensure that everything is turned off properly.
In addition, the school can install automatic lights and sensor taps that turn off by themselves when not in use. This will reduce waste effectively.
If everyone makes a small effort every day, we can save a lot of electricity and water. This will help protect the environment and make our school a greener and more responsible place.
