In recent years, festivals like Christmas and Halloween have become very popular among young Vietnamese people. While some worry about the influence of foreign cultures, I believe that celebrating these events can bring more benefits than harm.

First of all, taking part in international festivals helps young people learn about different cultures. This exposure broadens their knowledge and makes them more open-minded. For example, Halloween teaches children creativity through costumes and decorations, while Christmas promotes the value of sharing and kindness.

Secondly, these celebrations create opportunities for entertainment and community bonding. Many schools, universities, and companies organize activities where people can have fun together. Such events also support local businesses because shops and restaurants can sell themed products and services.

Of course, there is a risk that young people may forget traditional festivals like Tet or the Mid-Autumn Festival. However, I believe the solution is not to stop celebrating foreign holidays but to balance them with our own cultural traditions.

In conclusion, embracing international festivals enriches young people’s lives as long as Vietnamese traditions remain respected and preserved.

Walt Disney is famous around the world for creating Mickey Mouse and building one of the most successful entertainment empires in history.

He was born on December 5, 1901, in Chicago, the United States. Disney grew up in a modest family and showed a passion for drawing from a young age. He attended McKinley High School in Chicago, where he studied art and photography, before joining the Kansas City Art Institute to develop his creative skills.

Walt Disney was a very successful film-maker. He created Mickey Mouse in 1928, a character that soon became a cultural icon. His company went on to produce many classic films such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, and The Lion King. Apart from making films, he was also famous for founding Disneyland, the first large-scale theme park in the world.
