Teenagers often experience stress for many reasons. For me, the main cause of stress is schoolwork. There are too many assignments, exams, and deadlines, so I often feel tired and anxious. Sometimes, I also feel pressure from my parents to get high grades. To reduce stress, I try to manage my time better by making a study schedule and taking short breaks. I also listen to music or play sports to relax. Talking with friends helps me feel more positive and less worried
