To stay healthy, I have some good habits. First, I always try to eat less unhealthy food like fast food or soda. Instead, I eat more fruits and vegetables. Second, I exercise every day, usually by jogging or playing badminton. Finally, I drink plenty of water to keep my body hydrated. These habits help me feel stronger and more energetic.
1.I eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, fish or chicken, and I eat less junk food.
2.Before Tet, my family usually cleans and decorates our house with peach blossoms,buy sweets and new clothes and we cook traditional dishes like "Chung cake".
3.I want to visit Japan because I love its beautiful culture, delicious food like sushi, and I want to see the cherry blossoms in spring.
4.I help my family by doing the dishes, sweeping the floor, hang out the clothes, and sometimes helping my mother cook dinner.
5.My favorite custom is having dinner together every evening because it is a time when we can talk, share our day, and feel closer to one another.
