There are several causes of my stress, such as too much homework, lack of sleep, and pressure from exams. Sometimes I also feel stressed when I have conflicts with friends or when my parents expect too much from me. To reduce stress, I try to manage my time better by making a daily schedule and setting priorities. I also relax by listening to music, exercising, or talking to someone I trust. Getting enough rest and keeping a positive attitude help me stay calm and handle problems more effectively.
