In Vietnam, there are many famous foods, such as Banh Mi, Bun Cha, Banh Xeo,... . But my favourite food is Pho. Foreign also call it "Beef noodle soup", or "Chicken noodle soup". There are 2 types of Pho, Pho Bo or called Beef noodle soup, or Pho Ga or called Chicken noodle soup. Pho consists of Noodles, Chicken or Beef, Herbs and Broth. The broth is made in a special way. It is putting chicken bones or beef in boiling water. The dish is very healthy too, so you can eat it everyday without worrying about getting fat (don't eat too much though). In conclusion, if you haven't tried Pho, you should give it a try!
