Good morning/afternoon. Today, I’m delighted to talk about a topic that I’m very passionate about: Popular food in Vietnam. Vietnamese cuisine is famous worldwide for its fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and health benefits.

• Phở (Noodle Soup): "First and foremost, we cannot talk about Vietnam without mentioning Phở. It is considered our national dish. Phở consists of soft rice noodles in a fragrant broth, usually served with beef or chicken. The secret lies in the broth, which is simmered for many hours with spices like cinnamon and star anise. It’s a warm, comforting meal that you can find on almost every street corner."
• Bánh Mì (Vietnamese Baguette): "Another iconic dish is Bánh Mì. It’s a perfect fusion of French and Vietnamese culture. It is a crispy baguette filled with various ingredients such as pâté, grilled pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. It’s famous because it’s quick, cheap, and offers a perfect balance of textures—crunchy, soft, savory, and sour."
