Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to enquire about the course that was advertised on your website last week.
First, I would like to know more details about the course content and the main skills that students can gain after completing the programme. In addition, I wonder if the course is suitable for beginners who have little experience in this field. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me about the starting date, the length of the course and the total tuition fee. Furthermore, it would be great if you could inform me whether online learning is available and if there are any certificates provided at the end of the course. Finally, I would like to know how to apply and whether there is a deadline for registration.
I look forward to receiving your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Duong
Nowadays, many teenagers spend a lot of time using electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. Some people think that parents should strictly limit their children’s screen time, while others disagree. In my opinion, parents should limit teenagers’ screen time for several reasons.
Firstly, too much screen time can affect teenagers’ academic performance. Many students spend hours watching online videos, checking social media, or playing computer games. As a result, they have little time left to do their homework or revise for exams. This can lead to lower grades and poor study habits in the long run.
Secondly, too much screen time is harmful to teenagers’ health. Spending too much time in front of a screen can damage their eyesight, reduce their sleep time, and even cause weight gain due to a lack of physical activity. These problems can affect their overall well-being and daily life.
Of course, some people argue that the quality of screen time is more important than the amount. Teenagers can learn useful knowledge and skills through online educational games and videos. However, if they are not supervised, they may spend most of their time on entertainment instead of learning.
In conclusion, although technology can be beneficial, parents should still strictly limit teenagers’ screen time to protect their health and support their studies. With proper guidance, teenagers can use technology wisely and balance it with other important activities
