This is especially important in today's globalized world, where cultural understanding is essential. Secondly, these festivals bring fun and creativity. Events like Halloween encourage people to dress up and engage in community activities. Christmas offers a chance for people to come together, share joy, and give gifts, even if they are not religious. These experiences can enhance social bonds and bring happiness. Of course, it is important to preserve Vietnamese traditions. But celebrating foreign festivals does not mean forgetting our own. Instead, we can enjoy the best of both worlds—respecting our culture while learning from others. In conclusion, celebrating foreign festivals is a positive cultural exchange and should be welcomed with an open mind.
