People often leave the lights on and the water running in restrooms. This wastes electricity and water, leading to higher costs and harming the environment. There are several reasons for this problem. Some people forget to turn off the lights or taps after use because they are in a hurry. Others think the school has enough money to pay for utilities, so they don’t care about saving energy. In addition, there are no clear reminders or automatic systems to control electricity and water use. To solve this problem, we can take several actions. First, put up posters and signs near switches and sinks to remind people to turn off lights and taps. Second, schools can install motion sensors that automatically turn off lights when no one is in the restroom. Third, students should be taught about the importance of saving energy and water during environmental lessons. If everyone becomes more responsible, we can save energy, reduce waste, and protect our planet.
