My favorite hobby is reading books. I started this hobby when I was about eight years old. At that time, my mother bought me a storybook, and I found it very interesting. Since then, I have loved reading and have made it a part of my daily life.

I usually read by myself because I enjoy the quiet atmosphere when I’m alone. However, sometimes I also share my favorite stories with my friends, and we talk about the characters or the lessons we learn from the books.

I often read at home, especially in my bedroom or in the school library. I usually read in the evening after finishing my homework or on weekends when I have free time.

I think reading is a wonderful hobby because it helps me relax and learn many new things about the world. It also improves my imagination, vocabulary, and writing skills. I love reading, and I believe it will always be my favorite hobby.
