When learning English, I find listening the most challenging, and I have done several things to improve it. Firstly, I struggle with the speed of native speakers and their use of connected speech, which makes it hard to distinguish individual words. To overcome this, I started by listening to short podcasts and watching English cartoons with subtitles to get used to different accents. Secondly, I practice "shadowing" by repeating sentences exactly as I hear them to improve my rhythm and intonation. Lastly, I spend at least 30 minutes every day listening to English songs or news on BBC Learning English. Thanks to these consistent efforts, my listening comprehension has significantly improved over time.

There is a beautiful natural wonder in northern Vietnam called Ha Long Bay, located in Quang Ninh Province. This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its stunning natural features, which include nearly 2,000 limestone islands and islets rising dramatically from the emerald-green waters. Many of these towering rock formations have unique shapes and house picturesque caves and grottoes, such as Thien Cung Cave. Visitors can enjoy various activities like cruising among the karsts on traditional boats, kayaking through hidden lagoons, or swimming in the clear waters. To protect this natural treasure, strict regulations on waste disposal and community involvement in conservation initiatives are essential, along with a ban on single-use plastics from tourist vessels. Responsible tourism ensures its beauty is preserved for future generations.
