To stay healthy, I like to go for a walk every day. Walking is easy, and I can do it anywhere. I usually take a stroll in the park near my house. It's a nice place with green trees and flowers. I walk slowly and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes, I bring my friend along, and we talk as we walk. It makes the exercise more fun. Walking helps me feel strong and keeps my body in good shape. I also drink lots of water, which is good for my health. After my walk, I feel happy and full of energy. It's a simple thing, but it makes a big difference in how I feel.
