At New Year, my family preserves many traditional customs that bring us closer together. Before Tet, we thoroughly clean and decorate our house with peach blossoms and kumquat trees to welcome luck and prosperity. On New Year’s Eve, we enjoy a joyful reunion dinner, remembering the old year and hoping for a better one. During Tet holidays, we visit relatives, exchange good wishes, and children receive lucky money as a sign of love and blessings.
