At New Year, my family has many simple and happy traditions. Before Tet, we clean and decorate our house together to welcome good luck and a new year. On New Year’s Eve, we cook traditional food and stay up late to watch firework. Then we gather to wish each other health and happines. On the first day of the new year, we visit our grandparents and relatives, give good wishes, receive lucky money and enjoy warm family meals together. We also go to pagodas to pray for luck, a happy and peaceful year.
