Describe what you do to stay healthy.

I try to live a healthy lifestyle. Every day, I eat healthy food such as vegetables, fruits, and fish. I also drink a lot of water. I usually exercise by walking or playing sports with my friends. I try to sleep early and avoid staying up late. In addition, I do not eat too much fast food or drink too many soft drinks. These habits help me stay healthy and feel energetic every day.

I eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, fish, and eggs. I also drink plenty of water and avoid too much fast food and sugary drinks.

2. What does your family do before Tet?
Before Tet, my family cleans the house and decorates it with flowers. We also buy food, make traditional dishes, and visit our relatives.

3. What country do you want to visit in the future? Why?
I want to visit Japan in the future because it is a beautiful country. I want to see cherry blossoms and learn more about Japanese culture.

4. What do you do to help your family at home?
I help my family by cleaning my room, washing the dishes, and helping my mother cook. Sometimes I also take care of my younger brother.

My favorite family custom is celebrating Tet together because all family members gather and have a happy time together.
