Living a healthy lifestyle brings many advantages to our life. First, it helps us stay physically strong and reduces the risk of diseases such as obesity and heart problems. Eating healthy food and exercising regularly also make us feel more energetic and active. Moreover, a healthy lifestyle improves our mental health, helps us reduce stress, and increases our concentration. As a result, we can study and work more effectively every day.

One of the main causes of my stress is the heavy workload at school, especially when I have many assignments, projects, and exams at the same time. I often feel anxious because I’m afraid of not meeting deadlines or getting low grades. Sometimes, I stay up late to study, which makes me tired and less focused the next day. To deal with this stress, I try to plan my study schedule carefully and divide big tasks into smaller parts. I also make sure to get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and spend time doing things I enjoy, like watching TV or playing badminton. Sharing my feelings with friends or teachers also helps me feel calmer and more confident.
