Sometimes I feel stressed because of studying and exams. When I have too much homework, I feel tired and worried. To reduce stress, I usually listen to my favorite music or go for a walk. I also talk to my friends or my parents to share my feelings. Doing exercise and sleeping early help me feel better too. I think keeping a positive mind is the best way to fight stress.
