I am writing to apply for the job of a volunteer at your Heart To Heart Charity Office. I saw the brochure on my school notice board last Monday.

I have experience of doing office work. Last summer, I work at Quang Ninh museum as a receptionist. I am responsible for greeting guests, answer their questions and telephones. Sometimes, I guided them around the museum.

I am a reliable, honest, hard-workingperson.I also have good communicationskill, time management skill and English Proficiency. Reference is available to send you when you need.

I am available for an interview any day after 4 p.m and during the weekend. If my application is successful, I can start working from next week in the afternoons and atweekends.
