A PROPOSAL FOR A WELCOME EVENT

Introduction: This proposal aims to organize a "Welcome Day" specifically for Grade 10 students. This event is designed to help new students overcome their first-day nerves and quickly integrate into our school's vibrant culture.

Details about the idea/project:

Time: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, next Monday.

Location: The school playground and the main auditorium.

Activities: * Campus Tour: Senior students lead newcomers to visit the library, labs, and canteen.

Club Fair: Various school clubs (Music, Sports, English) set up booths to recruit new members.

Flashmob Dance: A collective dance performance by all students to create a lively atmosphere.

Gift Giving: Distributing small welcome kits (notebooks, pens, and school badges).

Goals and benefits: The event will help new students feel welcomed and cared for by the school. It provides an opportunity for them to make new friends and learn about school rules in a fun way. Moreover, it strengthens the bond between different grade levels.
