This proposal is made to suggest organizing a welcome day for new students at our school. The event is expected to help newcomers feel more relaxed and build a connection with the school from the very beginning. The welcome day can be held in the school yard in the afternoon with a variety of meaningful activities. These may include group games led by senior students, short introductions to school rules, and displays from different clubs. Such activities will allow new students to interact with others and learn more about school life in an enjoyable way. Organizing this event will bring many benefits. It helps new students make friends, understand the school environment better, and become more confident. At the same time, it creates a friendly atmosphere and encourages students to take part in school activities. For these reasons, we hope that the school board will support and approve this proposal.
