Introduction

This proposal is written to suggest the organization of an ASEAN themed event. The event aims to help students gain a better understanding of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) and promote cultural exchange and unity among its member countries.

Detail about the Idea

-Time: 7:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m, 12 January 2026

-Location: Students and Teachers

Planned activities inclue:

-An introduction to ASEAN and its member countries

-Traditonal costume shows from ASEAN countries

-ASEAN cultural and food booths

-Games and quizzes about ASEAN

-Cultural performances repesenting Southeast Asian

Goals and benefits

The event will help students broaden their knowledge of ASEAN and improve communication and teamwork skills. Moreover, it will encourabge respect for cultural diversity and strengthen international cooperation awareness.

Conlusion
