This proposal is written to suggest a welcome event for new students in our school. The event is planned to take place on March 25, 2025, in the school hall and will include activities such as games, music performances, introductions, and group activities. The purpose of this event is to help new students feel more comfortable, make new friends, and quickly adapt to the new school environment. In addition, the welcome event can create a friendly and positive atmosphere and encourage students to be more confident and active in school activities. We hope the school principal and teachers will consider and approve this proposal so that the welcome event can be organized successfully.
