This proposal is written to suggest organizing a welcome event for new students at our school. The event aims to help them feel comfortable and get familiar with the new school environment.

The welcome event will be held in the school hall in the morning . It will include some activities such as a welcome speech , ice - breaking games , cultural performances , and the introduction of teachers and school clubs.

The event will help new students make friends , reduce their anxiety , and feel more confident at school.Therefore , we hope that the school board will consider and approve this proposal.
