This proposal is written to suggest organizing a welcome event for new students at our school. It is sent to the school principal and the school management board and is prepared by students of class 10 in December 2025. The welcome event will be held at the school hall at the beginning of the new school year and will include an opening speech, ice-breaking games, group activities and short performances with the support of teachers and senior students. The event aims to create a friendly atmosphere, help new students feel confident, make new friends and quickly adapt to the school environment. Therefore, we hope that the school leaders will consider and approve this proposal.
