Set realistic goals by breaking large tasks into smaller, manageable steps, making it easier to stay on track and feel accomplished. Avoid distractions by turning off unnecessary notifications, finding a quiet space to work, and focusing on one task at a time. With these strategies, you can use your time more wisely and reduce stress throughout the day.
I dislike city life. First, the noise in the city is constant and can be very stressful. Second, traffic congestion makes commuting long and exhausting. Third, the air quality is often poor due to pollution, which affects my health. In conclusion, despite the conveniences, I find city life challenging because of these issues.
