Find a quiet place to study or work and focus on one thing at a time. If you plan your time carefully and stay focused, you can finish your work faster and still have time to relax.

My favorite community helper is the firefighter. His job is to stop fires and save people. He wears a red suit and a big helmet to stay safe. He is strong, brave, and kind. Firefighters help our community by putting out fires and rescuing people from danger. They also tell us how to be careful with fire. I like firefighters very much because they are not afraid and always ready to help. I feel thankful for their work every day.
