Floods are a very common natural disaster in Vietnam, especially in the Central provinces. They usually happen during the rainy season, from September to November. When there is heavy rain for a long time, river water rises and covers streets and houses. Floods are dangerous because they destroy crops and damage many buildings. During a flood, people have to move their furniture and stay in safer, higher places. Students often have to stay home because the roads are under water. To stay safe, we should listen to weather forecasts, prepare some food, and always follow the instructions from the local government.

Online shopping has revolutionized consumer habits, offering unparalleled convenience by allowing purchases from home at any time. Its primary advantage is saving time and effort, alongside the ability to easily compare prices across multiple platforms to find the best deals. However, this method has significant disadvantages, such as the inability to inspect, touch, or try on products before buying. Additionally, shipping delays are common, and returning items can be a complicated, time-consuming process. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of online shopping makes it a preferred choice for many people.

There are many things I like and dislike about living in the countryside. Firstly, it is a peaceful place with fresh air. The people in the countryside are very friendly and hospitable. You are always welcome to their homes. However, what I dislike about it is that there is no access to many technological means, there are no places like cinemas, parks etc., and the learning conditions are not good. Overall, the beauty, the peace and the strong community spirit make living in the countryside a truly enriching experience.
