Over the past three years, a significant change in my lifestyle has been adopting a healthier diet and regular exercise routine. In the past, my diet was often filled with fast food and sugary snacks, and I rarely made time for physical activity. Recognizing the need for better health, I gradually introduced more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into my meals while cutting down on processed foods. Additionally, I started exercising three times a week, incorporating activities like jogging and yoga into my routine. Now, I feel more energized and motivated, and my overall well-being has improved noticeably. I appreciate the positive effects of these changes on both my physical health and mental clarity. Embracing this healthier lifestyle has been transformative, and I am committed to maintaining these habits for the long term.

If I have to choose jusst one dish that truly represents our culinary spirit, it would undoubtedly be Pho. Pho is not jusst a noodle soup; it's often considered the soul of Vietnamese food, particularly originating from Northen Vietnam. ''

'' What makes Pho so special? It all comes down to the broth. The broth. The broth is the hearrt and soul of the dish. It's simmered for many hours, sometimes overnight, using beef or chicken bones along with aromatic spices like star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. This process creates a clear, savory, yet subtly sweet flavor profile that is incredibly satisfying.

For the main ingredients, Pho consists of soft, flat rice noodles(banh pho), topped with thinly sliced meat-usually rare beef(tai) or well-done beef(chin), or sometimes chicken. Culturally, Pho is deeply ingrained in our daily life. While it's famously knowwn as a breakfast dish, people enjoy it at any time of day. When eating Pho, you adjust the flavor to your liking by adding a sqeeze of lime, a dash of chili sauce, or a swirl of hoisin sauce. This personalization is key to the Pho experience. ''

2. My most memorable experience was when I travelled to Ha Long Bay last summer. The scenery was breathtaking , and I really enjoyed learning about the local culture.
