Walt Disney is famous around the world for creating Mickey Mouse and building the wonderful world of Disney. He was born in 1901 in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up on a small farm in Missouri. From a young age, Walt loved drawing and painting. He attended Benton Grammar School but left school at the age of sixteen to follow his passion for art.

Walt Disney started his career as a cartoonist and later became a successful film-maker. He created many classic animated films such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella, and Pinocchio. Apart from making films, he also created Disneyland, the first-ever theme park, where imagination and happiness come to life.

Throughout his life, Walt Disney received 26 Oscars, 3 Golden Globe Awards, and 1 Emmy Award. He had four brothers, one sister, and two daughters. Walt Disney died in 1966 from lung cancer, but his creative spirit continues to inspire millions of people around the world. The Disney name still represents magic, dreams, and endless imagination.
