There are many interesting cities in the world, but the city I would like to visit is London-the capital city of England. It is very interesting. The weather here is hot and sunny so I can go swimming. The food here is delicious and tasty. There are many tourist attractions that I really want to visit such as: Big Ben Tower, River Thames, London Eye,.. There are many restaurants, parks, stores, nigh clubs, ... here. But one thing that I don't like about London is that the things are too expensive so I can just buy some small souvenirs. I hope in the future, I can visit London one day !

First, it can help me decrease many diseases such as: high blood pressure, heart attack,... It also increases my height and makes my bones be stronger. Swimming regularly also helps me avoid being obesity.

Furthermore,swimming helps me be less stressed . Diving into the fresh and coold water makes me feel comforatble and relaxed. This helps me be less tired or anxious.

In conclusion, I think swimming is both interesting and beneficial. You should try this sport once.

People here are friendly,kind and hospitable. There are many restaurants, cafes, clinics, deparetment stores but there aren't any parks. The food in my neighbourhood is tasty and cheap. But the things that I don't like about my neighbourhood are the streets are narrow so there are many accidents and people are polluting the neighbourhood. I hope people will protect it to make it clean and beautiful.
