The surgoen's job is traditionally done by men. Surgoens have to perform operations on patients. Besides medical knowledge, surgeons need both physical and mental strength to perform long and tiring operations. In addition, surgeon's need to have excellent eyesight and skilful hands. For me, both men and women can become a surgoen because women can do it as well. Also, people will benefit from having both male and female surgeons. For example, female surgeons helps female patients to be less shy about gynecological examination and operation. To sum up, everybody will benefit from having both male and female surgeons.
