I think parents should limit teenagers’ screen time. Nowaday, most of teenagers spend too much time using phones and computers. This is not good for their study and health.

First of all,If young people use smartphone for a long time, they have less time for homework.As a result, they do not have enough time to study and their marks become lower.

Secondly, too much screen time is bad for teenagers’ health. It can cause damge eyesight, make them sleep less or make them fatter because they don't move or do anything

In conclusion, parents should control how long their children use screens. It will help teenagers study better and stay more healthy.
