This proposal aims to present an idea for organising a Welcome Event for new students at our school. The event is designed to help them feel comfortable, make friends, and become familiar with the school environment.

The Welcome Event is planned to take place on Saturday, 30 November, from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the school hall. The programme will include several activities such as mini games, musical performances, a short school tour, and a sharing session where teachers and senior students can provide useful advice for newcomers.

The goals of this event are to support new students in adjusting to school life and to create a positive and friendly atmosphere. By joining the activities, students can learn more about school clubs, meet new classmates, and build confidence. This event will also strengthen the connection between students and teachers.

We kindly request the School Management Board to consider and approve this proposal so that we can begin preparing for the event.
