Bun bo hue is a common dish among the people of the former capital since the 16th century, and to day it become more popular throughout theprovinces and cities. Bun bo hue is made from herbs, beef, stewing bone broth, big diameter noodles and some ingredients, it taste a bit sour, spicy and the rich flavor of beef. I think that the most haters of Bun bo hue dislike its taste because broth of Bun bo hue is greasy. Among the popular food of Vietnam, I hope Bun bo hue will be the best dish.
