Introduction: This proposal presents a plan for hosting a Freshers’ Welcome Day named “New Beginnings 2025.” The purpose of the event is to warmly welcome new students and provide them with the opportunity to explore school life through engaging and meaningful activities.

Details about the idea/project: The event will take place from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the school sports ground with the participation of new Grade 10 students, teachers, and Student Council members. After welcome registration, students will join fun stations such as an art corner, mini-games, team relays, and learn about school clubs and extracurricular programmes. The event will also include a short sharing talk by senior students and a photo zone for memorable photos.

Goals and benefits: This event aims to create a friendly atmosphere that helps new students feel comfortable while exploring school clubs, developing teamwork and confidence through interactive activities, and choosing suitable extracurricular programmes. It also strengthens the connection between new students and senior students, contributing to a supportive and welcoming school community.

Conclusion: We kindly ask for approval and support from the Principal and the Student Activities Department. We believe this Welcome Day will bring an exciting start to the school year and help new students integrate smoothly into the school community.
