In my opinion, parents should strictly limit teenagers’ screen time.
First, teenagers spend too much time watching online videos, checking social media, or playing computer games, so they have little time left for homework or family activities. This can affect their study results and relationships.
Second, too much screen time is bad for their health. It can damage eyesight, reduce sleep time, and even cause weight gain. Therefore, limiting screen time helps teenagers live a more balanced and healthy life.
