In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with young Vietnamese people celebrating foreign festivals like Christmas or Halloween. These events are fun and bring people together. They give young people a chance to relax, enjoy themselves, and learn about other cultures. Joining these festivals can also make them more open-minded and confident when meeting foreigners or living in a modern, global world. However, young people should not forget Vietnamese traditional festivals such as Tết, the Mid-Autumn Festival, or Lunar New Year. These celebrations are very important because they show our national identity and family love. If young people only care about foreign festivals, they may slowly lose their interest in traditional values. Therefore, we should celebrate both foreign and Vietnamese festivals. By doing this, we can enjoy new experiences from other countries while still keeping our beautiful traditions. In short, celebrating foreign festivals is not bad, but we should always remember who we are and be proud of our own culture.
