There are some ways to have good health in our life. First of all, we should have a logicar diet. For example, we should eat a lot of nutritious food and not smoke of drink it is vdry important because food is a vital thing in out life. Besides, we can do exercise every morning such as: Wolking, riding bicydes… to stay healthy. That makes us have a strong mind. Finally, sleep is also very important so we must get enough sleep. if we get enough sleep we will have a joyful spirit. Don‘t stay up late because it is not good for our health. In short, there are many ways to have good health. We just need to try our best to protect our health. Having good health we can do whatever we want to do and can succeed life.
1:Reuse means using something again instand of throwing it away.

1: My mother is fond of going jogging in the morning.
