This report addresses the issue of electricity and water wastage in the school restrooms and proposes several solutions. Currently, many students and teachers frequently leave the lights on and water running after use, leading to significant resource waste. This not only increases the school's operational costs but also has a negative impact on the environment, especially as global efforts to conserve energy and water are underway. To remedy this, two main solutions can be implemented. Firstly, the school should install automated devices such as motion-activated lights and sensor taps in the restrooms. These devices would automatically turn off when the area is unoccupied, significantly reducing electricity and water consumption. Secondly, an awareness campaign should be organized to educate everyone about the importance of resource conservation. Posters and reminder notices should be placed in visible locations within the restrooms to encourage better habits. Implementing these solutions will yield clear and positive results, helping to minimize resource wastage and foster a more sustainable school environment. Therefore, we recommend that the school board consider and adopt these proposals as soon as possible.
