in my opinion, parents should strictly limit teenagers’ screen time. nowadays, many teenagers spend too much time watching online videos, checking social media, or playing computer games. as a result, they have little time left for homework and other useful activities. this can affect their school performance. another reason is that too much screen time is bad for teenagers’ health. spending long hours in front of screens can damage their eyesight, reduce their sleep, and even cause weight gain. these problems may have long-term effects on their health and lifestyle, in conclusion, i strongly believe that parents should control teenagers’ screen time. by doing so, teenagers can focus better on their studies, stay healthy, and have more time for other meaningful activities
