Topic 1 : Living a healthy lifestyle has many advantages. First, it helps us stay strong and avoid diseases. Eating healthy food and doing exercise every day make our body more energetic. A healthy lifestyle also helps us feel happier and reduce stress. Besides, getting enough sleep helps us study better. Therefore, everyone should live a healthy lifestyle.

Topic 2 : At New Year, my family has many traditional activities. Before Tet, we clean and decorate the house together. On the first day of the new year, we wear new clothes and visit our relatives. We also eat traditional food like banh chung. My parents give lucky money to children. These traditions make our family closer.

Topic 3 : I often do many things to help my family. I clean the house, wash the dishes and tidy my room every day. Sometimes, I help my parents cook meals or go shopping. I also take care of my younger brother when my parents are busy. Helping my family makes me feel happy and responsible.
