Staying healthy is very important for a happy life. First, we should eat a balanced diet with vegetables, fruits, and enough water to get good nutrition. For example, people who exercise daily and eat well usually feel more energetic. In conclusion, by having good habits every day, we can stay healthy both physically and mentally.

Vietnamese culture is rich in tradition and customs that have been passed down through the generations. One of the most prominent cultural traditions in Vietnam is the respect for ancestors. Another important aspect of Vietnamese culture is the strong sense of community and family. Family ties are highly valued, and extended families often live close to one another and support each other in times of need. I often help my parents with housework in my free time so that they don't have to be tired after a hard day's work. After school, my mother will prepare to cook rice and I will sweep the house with a broom so that when she finishes cooking, the house is neat and tidy. My mother said “Clean house is cool, clean bowl is delicious”, so I always help my parents to clean the house so that the house is always clean, the meal becomes warmer and happier. Holding a broom in hand, I told myself that I had to do my best to help my parents reduce some of the housework. Seeing my father's books and pens on the table, I collected them and arranged them neatly on the bookshelf. When my parents saw me helping, they also became happy and laughed no matter how tired they were. I feel very happy, I will help my parents more.
