School can sometimes be stressful, especially when I have many assignments and tests at the same time. To deal with stress, I try to manage my time carefully by making a clear study plan. I also take short breaks after studying to relax my mind. Listening to music or going for a walk helps me feel better and less tired. In addition, I often talk to my friends or family about my problems, which makes me feel supported. Getting enough sleep is also very important because it helps me stay focused. By following these methods, I can reduce stress and study more effectively.
