This proposal is written by students to suggest organizing a welcome activity for transfer students at our school. The activity is planned to take place on Wednesday afternoon in the school library. During the event, current students will introduce themselves and share useful information about school rules, subjects and extracurricular activities. Some group games will also be organized to help new students relax and communicate more easily. In addition, senior students will guide the transfer students around the school so that they can become familiar with classrooms, facilities and important places.

The main goal of this activity is to help transfer students feel comfortable and confident in their new learning environment. It also gives them opportunities to make friends and build good relationships with other students. Moreover, the welcome activity helps create a friendly and supportive atmosphere at school. From the students’ point of view, organizing such an activity is meaningful and necessary because it shows care for new members of the school community. Therefore, we hope that the school will consider and approve this proposal
