Well, the street food I’d like to talk about is "Bánh Mì". It’s a very famous and popular Vietnamese sandwich. I usually buy it from a small vendor on the corner of my street every morning on my way to school. The reason I like it so much is that it's both delicious and convenient. A typical Bánh Mì has a crispy baguette filled with various ingredients like grilled pork or pâté, some pickled carrots and radishes, cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs. The combination of flavors—salty, sweet, and tangy—is just perfect! It’s a quick, cheap, and filling meal, making it an excellent choice for a busy morning. It truly represents the vibrant street food culture of Vietnam, and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

1A balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

To help my family, I take on various responsibilities around the house. My daily chores include making my bed, tidying my room, and doing the dishes after dinner. I also assist with general household cleaning, such as vacuuming the living room and folding laundry. On weekends, I help my mother with grocery shopping and sometimes assist my father with gardening tasks like watering the plants and weeding. Additionally, I help my younger sibling with their homework and ensure they are ready for school in the morning. These contributions, though small, help maintain a harmonious household and teach me valuable life skills and the importance of teamwork within the family.

Topic 2At New Year, our family follows several cherished traditions that bring us closer. On New Year's Eve, we gather for a special "sumptuous feast" featuring traditional dishes like Bánh Chưng and Nem Rán. Before the meal, we offer incense to our ancestors to show respect and gratitude. The most exciting part for the children is receiving "lì xì" (lucky money) in red envelopes from our elders, symbolizing good fortune for the coming year. We also visit relatives and friends to exchange New Year greetings and wishes. These customs, passed down through generations, not only preserve our cultural heritage but also strengthen our family bonds and create lasting memories.
