Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

My best friend in high school is Lan. Lan sits next to me in class, eats with me at break time, and hangs out with me after school. She has beautiful and long hair; my mother always says that I need to pay more attention to my hair so it can be pretty as hers. I am good at English while Lan is excellent in Math, therefore we can help each other every time one of us has trouble in understanding those subjects. Besides our study, Lan is always by my side whenever I feel upset. I tell her everything, and only she can know my true feelings. When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.Next, my favorite drink is Coca-Cola. It is a carbonated, sweetened soft drink and is the world’s best-selling drink. A popular nickname for Coca-Cola is Coke. I often drink Coca to meet my thirst. In addition, I also drink it when eating fast or greasy foods like fried chicken, French fries, hot pot dishes,… Although Coca is delicious, it is harmful to health. If you drink a lot, you will be deficient in vitamins, obese, prone to cardiovascular diseases,… Coke is bad, but I still like its taste. Therefore, I only drink when I really crave it. You should also not drink this type of water too much to avoid harm to your health.

I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people like to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I have been eating Pho for about 20 years, and I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

My favorite day is Thursday because on Thursday I have Math, Geography, Physical Education, English and Technology. On that day there are 2 subjects I , it is math and English but it have geography, I do not studying geography because I think it's too hard for me. Thursday have 5 period but when I study I do not feel tired. So I Thursday!

– One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.

I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of  school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities  such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

Pho is one of my favorite foods. Pho is the most popular and special dish in our country, Vietnam. There are two main kinds of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. Đêm đã khuya, tôi đang nằm đọc truyện thì chợt có tiếng nói khe khẽ. Tôi nhìn quanh nhưng chẳng thấy ai. Tôi hơi chột dạ vì mình đã khóa cửa kỹ lắm rồi, mà hình như là có trộm. Nhưng rõ ràng tiếng nói ấy vọng ra từ phía bàn học. Tôi để ý và phát hiện ra, đó là cuộc nói chuyện giữa các bạn đồ dùng học tập và cũng nhờ cuộc trò chuyện đó mà tôi đã hiểu được tâm sự của những người bạn thầm lặng bên mình.

Tôi phải tự thú thật rằng tôi là một đứa con gái chẳng mấy nết na, hiền dịu mà ngược lại, rất nghịch ngợm và chẳng gọn gàng. Học xong là sách vở, bút thước của tôi lại bày bừa khắp mặt bàn. Bố mẹ nhắc tôi rất nhiều nhưng tôi vẫn chưa sửa được cái tính đấy cho đến khi nghe được cuộc nói chuyện này. Đầu tiên là lời than thở của chị hộp bút: "Tôi chẳng biết anh thước ko, chị bút chì, mấy cô cậu sách vở sướng hay khổ nhưng tôi thấy mình bị hành hạ ghê quá! Hồi xưa tôi còn là một chiếc hộp bút đẹp đẽ, mới mẻ và trắng trẻo mà giờ đây mặt mũi tôi nhem nhuốc toàn mực là mực, những mảng da thì loang loang lổ lổ. Cô chủ thấy những hình thù nào đẹp là lại dán vào, chán rồi thì lại hóc ra. Những mảng da của lôi cũng dần bị bóc theo. Cái xương sống của tôi giờ cũng sứt mất mấy miếng, đau ơi là đau".

Anh thước kẻ nghe vậy cũng thông cảm cho chị hộp bút và kể lể chuyện của mình:

-Ừ, tôi cũng thấy chị hộp hút khổ thật nhưng tôi nào khác chị. Ngày cô chủ mới mua tôi về, những vạch in số của tôi còn rõ ràng nhưng sau mấy bữa, những con số đó bị cô chủ cậy hết và viết những cái gì linh tinh vào mình tôi. Cô ấy còn lấy dao vạch vạch những hình thù quái dị vào người tôi nữa. Tôi còn là một vũ khí để chiến đấu với mấy thằng con trai hay lấy đồ của cô chủ nên người tôi sứt mấy mảnh liền. Cô chủ thật là...

Mấy cô cậu sách giáo khoa cũng chen ngang vào: "Phải đấy! Phải đấy! Cô chủ thật là vô tâm, chẳng biết thương chúng ta chút nào. Chúng em còn bị dập ghim vào người, cô chủ còn vẽ vời lên người chúng em nữa. Ôi, đau lắm! Đau lắm!". Nghe những lời tâm sự đó, tôi mới ngồi nhớ lại những lần tôi làm chúng bị đau, bị bẩn. Ôi! Các bạn đồ dùng học tập đúng là bị tôi làm xấu, làm hỏng thật nhiều.

Đồ dùng học tập là những người bạn trợ giúp việc học tập của chúng ta thêm tốt hơn. Tôi sẽ và đang cố gắng không bừa bộn và giữ gìn chúng cẩn thận hơn. Nếu bạn nào giống tôi thì cũng phải sửa đấy!
