I think the most important thing here for me is find the way to improve my English grammar and vocabulary.

I practise it everyday ( maybe if can) . To improve the listening skills, you can listen to music, to improve grammar you can surf the internet and find the most suitable exercises for you to do... There are many things for you to choose...
